Nuru Massage

Deep Tissue
It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.
Swedish Massage
Circular pressure applied by the hands and palms, firm kneading, light tapping, and more. By using lighter, more general strokes such as effleurage and petrissage.
Cupping Therapy
Soft silicone cups are placed over tight areas of the body, gently suctioning the tense tissues up into the cups, and creating a bit of space between the bottom of the muscle and the top of the bones.
Hot Stone Massage
During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body. The stones are usually made of basalt, a type of volcanic rock that retains heat.
Sports Massage

We know that you won’t be able to relax and enjoy your massage unless you feel 100% comfortable with your therapist. And your therapist needs to know that they will be safe when meeting new clients at their home or office. So we place the highest priority on safety.
For client safety, our therapists undergo:

- Reference checks
- Practical exam
For therapist safety, our clients must:
