Communicate
Let your provider know in advance which areas to focus on, and during the service to better tailor the experience to your needs. Be sure to let your massage therapist know what level of pressure you prefer. If you have any underlying condition, confirm with your physician that you are eligible to receive a massage or specific service prior to booking any massage service with Lust Touch.

Stop if necessary
If you feel uncomfortable during the massage and wish to stop, simply communicate this to your therapist by saying, “I’d like to discontinue the service at this time.”

For massage services, dress to your comfort level
Feel free to undress to your level of comfort whether you prefer to be fully clothed, completely undressed or anything in between. Therapists are trained to properly cover your body to protect your modesty.

Stay within website
Submitting payment and communicating with your massage therapist through chat protects your information and theirs. You should never wire money or provide credit card information to your massage therapist directly. If you are asked to do so, please report it to us immediately.

- Perform a thorough intake
Review the expectations for the service beforehand by confirming the details of the service. For massage therapists, this includes confirming the massage type, duration, and areas that require extra attention or should be avoided.
- Stop when necessary
If you feel uncomfortable prior to the appointment or wish to discontinue at any time, you may always refuse to enter the client’s home or discontinue the service midway through. You will never be negatively impacted for leaving a Lust Touch appointment that you feel is unsafe. In an emergency, get out, leave your equipment, and contact Lust Touch as soon as you are safe. We will replace or reimburse you for abandoned equipment we are not able to recover for you.
- Secure client communication
When you contact your client, Lust Touch protects your contact information by acting as a bridge between you and the client.
- Stay connected
Our check-in, check-out feature is designed to protect you during every appointment. If you fail to check out after your appointment, we’ll give you a call to make sure you’re okay.
- Secure payment through Lust Touch
Only transfer funds through Lust Touch to ensure a receipt and verified payment process. We keep your transactions guarded from start to finish using 256-bit encryption and best-in-class security tools.
- Contact us, anytime
Lust Touch is the only on-demand massage service that provides support for massage therapists 365 days a year via phone, text and email.
- Report unsatisfactory experiences
If a Lust Touch appointment makes you feel uncomfortable in any way, contact Lust Touch Support. We continuously review reports and suspend suspicious clients in an effort to prevent future instances from taking place.
What should I do if someone asks me to pay outside of the Lust Touch website?
You should never be asked to wire money or provide credit card information. If you are, there are easy ways to report it to us to ensure your information, finances, and identity are protected.
Reporting requests for payment outside of Lust Touch
If a Lust Touch client or therapist asks you to pay off-site, report it to us:

You will never receive an invoice from Lust Touch, in the form of paper, PDF or otherwise. If someone attempts to complete a transaction through any of these methods, please report it immediately: Western Union, MoneyGram, Liberty Reserve, cashier’s check, money order, cash transaction.
Types of fraud
Underpayment Scam
If someone offers to pay or receive less than the given price for a Lust Touch service, it is no longer possible for Lust Touch to guarantee secure payment as it is no longer considered a Lust Touch appointment.
Appointment Extension Scam
For massages, it is important to clearly communicate the duration of the massage prior to the session. If no extension is communicated or indicated in the app, neither party is held accountable for the extended time.
Advancement Scam
If someone offers to pay or receive payment for future services outside of Lust Touch, Lust Touch can no longer guarantee fulfillment of those appointments. You can book packages directly through the website and easily rebook with the same therapist.

Policy
24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We are a small business, and fill up fast! That’s why we have a 24-hour cancellation policy, so we’re counting on you to let us know in advance if you can’t make your massage. In the event of a late cancel or no-show, then you are responsible for the full cost of your session. To cancel, change, or reschedule your appointment, please email us at lusttouchmassage@gmail.com. Please note that “not confirming” does not equal a cancellation. You must email us in order to cancel/change your appointment.
Getting called into work last minute, a family emergency, or “something came up” may result in the cancellation fee being charged (depending on the cause, of course) that is why we charge for a booking fee. We understand that things happen, and we don’t want to add any extra stress to your already stressful life, so we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding in order to ensure that your therapist is still compensated for the time that they set aside to dedicate specifically to you.
We do send out automated reminders by email, so you’ll get a reminder the day before your massage. However, technology isn’t always 100% reliable so it is ultimately your responsibility to write down your appointment in your calendar and contact us if you need to cancel or reschedule! Credit Card
WHY DO WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD TO HOLD AN APPOINTMENT
We require a valid credit card to hold all appointments but we do not charge your card in advance. On the day of your appointment, you can either ask us to put the charge through on the card on file or provide alternate payment in the form of cash, a check, different credit card, or a gift certificate. When your appointment has been confirmed you have 10 minutes to cancel without penalty. If you need to cancel a confirmed appointment that is starting in less than 24 hours, a $10 cancellation fee applies. If you are canceling an appointment that is starting in less than four hours, we will charge you the full cost of the massage. We do this because our therapists lose income if they keep an appointment time open for you!
